Job Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, your duties will include:

• Calendar Management: Handle multiple complex calendars and schedule meetings.
• Event Planning: Organize events of various sizes, from team gatherings to executive meetings.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Confidential Information Handling: Maintain professionalism and discretion while working with sensitive information.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment and build relationships within and outside the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in senior-level leadership support.
• Demonstrated experience with executive-level calendar management.
