Executive Search Consultant Remote Job

Gilmore Partners will be celebrating its 40th anniversary next year servicing the needs of professional services firms across North America. We are looking to add another Executive Search Consultant to our busy team.

 

This Executive Search Consultant will specifically join a team of two others to help service the growing hiring needs of our clients. This role is strictly recruitment, we are not looking for any new business development from this Consultant.

 

What we are looking for is someone who is a candidate relationship builder and maintainer, someone who instils trust and respect when dealing with our candidates. Someone who is laser-focused on process, procedure and results.

 

While our team is based in Toronto and can handle all the in-person candidate meetings that are necessary for this Executive Search Consultant, we would be looking for someone who would be working core Eastern Standard Time hours.
