Role Overview
Looking for jobs in Vancouver, WA? GE HealthCare is hiring a Field Engineer I to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment installation for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and complete Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) or Instrument Service Information (ISIs) on time.
• Assist senior field engineers with equipment installation and troubleshooting.
• Partner with teammates to effectively resolve technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers to recommend value-added services, ensuring efficient operations.
• Keep accurate records of service logs, internal reports, and repair part orders.
• Engage with sales teams to promote contract renewals and revenue programs.
• Stay updated on competitor trends and new technologies in the market.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field), or equivalent military training.
• Experience: 4+ years in servicing electronic equipment or relevant technical roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and comply with all customer-specific access policies.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Must perform tasks requiring frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and kneeling.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work after-hours or on a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Range: $63,800 - $95,700 annually (performance incentives may apply).
