Project Engineer / JR Estimator Full-time Job

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Estimator. In this role, you will play a vital part in the pre-construction phase by assisting with the development of accurate and competitive bid proposals.

Job Split:

40% Takeoffs

20% Visiting Job Sites

20% Working with estimating coordinator on proposal clarification

20% Planning and forecasting

Skills:

Construction, Takeoffs, industrial construction, blueprint reading, reading blueprints, Blueprint, steel, concrete, drywall, change order

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• RFI

• RFP

• Submittals

• Estimations

• Change Orders
