What You’ll Do

As part of our Wildlife Management Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Inspections: Perform interior and exterior property assessments, including roofs, attics, and crawlspaces, to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Exclusion and Repairs: Install preventative materials (e.g., screens, chimney caps, vent covers) and conduct minor repairs to roofs, siding, and foundations.
• Wildlife Removal: Use safe trapping and relocation techniques to remove wildlife from properties responsibly.
• Customer Service: Provide detailed reports, review the scope of work with customers, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to create seamless customer experiences.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups to address ongoing concerns and reinforce preventative measures.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or roofing.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with software tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
• Physically capable of performing fieldwork, including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
