What You’ll Do

Conduct Remote Client Consultations

• Virtually meet with clients via Zoom to understand their financial goals.
• Assess client needs and recommend life, accident, and supplemental health products.
• Clearly explain policy features, coverage options, and costs to help clients make informed decisions.

Provide Ongoing Customer Service

• Address client inquiries, assist with policy updates, and facilitate claims processing.
• Ensure a seamless experience for clients at every stage of their policy lifecycle.

Foster Long-Term Relationships
