Role Overview

Phase 1: Prospecting & Selling

• Generate leads through referrals and door-to-door canvassing.
• Conduct property inspections and secure service agreements.

Phase 2: Project Coordination

• Collaborate with insurance adjusters for project outlines.
• Manage contracts and oversee project execution.

Phase 3: Estimation & Expansion

• Provide accurate estimates and recommend advanced systems.
• Expand knowledge of products and manage payment collections.

Additional Tasks:

• Report updates to the executive team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training programs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-Only Position:
  • Average sales representatives earn $6,000–$10,000/month.
  • Top performers earn $16,500+/month and over $200,000 annually.
• Uncapped commission potential.
• Flexible full-time hours.

Work Schedule
