Job Responsibilities
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting students and ensuring efficient processing of administrative tasks.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and email withdrawal materials to students within required time frames.
- Record Management: Accurately prepare, image, and securely store withdrawal documents for easy accessibility.
- Compliance Updates: Manage withdrawal calculations and update records on the Department of Education’s website.
- Data Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets with precision, downloading and organizing reports from various systems.
- Additional Support: Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of office or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Typing speed of 45–50 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulatory compliance or administrative support within the education sector.
